I have had experience with similar cases that have ended up with tiny grains of dirt or dust inside it and marked the back of the case pretty badly, this might be a better quality one and might prevent that. Plastic sandwich bags have always been a winner for me protecting IPhones in all sorts of conditions mainly when out on the MTB
Does anyone have any experience of the Lifeproof iPhone case?

They're quite pricey but I think they'd be good for cycling with. Perfect for Strava/maps/gramming in any weather condition? Should survive the ocassional fall, too.
I've been considering one since my phone nearly drowned on the ride to Brighton on Saturday despite being inside a "waterproof" jacket.

My mate won countdown with Orgasmic once #CSB
**Countdown on TV today - I kid you not !! **
I just happened to turn on at the right time for this. Personally I prefer Carol Vordeman, but the new girl may have a point ;-) She certainly got the joke and gave a wry smile !
PS, could someone please tell me how to resize this image, PhotoBucket is getting very miserly of late.

Seem to have done something to my ankle when walking round after a ride it seems to "click" down the back of the ankle.
I'm guessing the tendon must have been damaged, its not painful to walk on but just a bit worried its going to get worse! Anyone else had this or know any helpful tips to prevent it or sort it out? -
