From what I've been able to gather, you're OK on the East & West coast mainlines if you reserve 2 spots, but pretty much stuffed otherwise..

All the camping options were available when I booked at lunchtime.

I'm in again for the 3rd time, and intending to ride bike #3 too.. just the 55 miler this time though, as Ms Anagrama is also on board for 2016 and I'll only have 2 flip/flop gears to get around on..

Anyone care to have a stab at the identity of this 50's road/path? Came to me via HilaryStone who described it as having "Mercian-like features" which it kinda does, but nothing uniquely so.
The ridged/double-fluted seatstay caps crop up on mid 50's Mercs but are also a Holdsworth catalogue option c.57-58, amongst other examples. I'm yet to see a good match for the fork crown though, which is a bit plain by Mercian standards, and the horizontal brake bridge would tend to rule out the Holdsworth-family.
Frame presumably 531, lugs Nervex Super Legere. Looks to have been originally black, but there's no trace of original decals.
The complete lack of a frame number makes me suspect it's destined to remain a mystery, but I'd love to be proved otherwise...

Any suggestions for local shops that could straighten/align a slightly bent fork?
Just acquired a 60's path frame, but the fork is out of whack by maybe 3-4mm at the dropouts.
Just called M Steel, but they said they can't help. Anyone else worth trying rather than risk fucking it up myself?

There was beer & fruit at the lunchtime stop on the 100 mile route (Hartington? The one with the pond in the middle).

Ha, think I saw that Hetchins get together on Sat, and also spoke briefly to BillundBen at the finish on Sunday (my mate had the Pug you commented on). Took me 10 hours to get around the 100, including leisurely food stops - my first century, so more than happy with it. One missed turn towards the end added a couple of extra miles and few hundred feet of climbing, but the signposting had been excellent up to that point.
I can only echo all the previous comments on the fantastic atmosphere, route, organisation, food - even reasonable drinks prices onsite! Unbelieveably perfect weather too. Definitely intend to return, and probably camp next time.
