Just got a new riser for my Nelson Pista:

I got 2010 fuji sl1 pro to do proper road cycling. Would never go steel from carbon for a bike used for that kind of thing. All the fixie/vintage thing is mainly for teh lols and a way to keep myself busy and poor.

Should have at least sprung for some MKS steel ones instead of the cheap Zefals (guessing).

I can't see the point of using those. Don't seem secure at all. The rider should just get mini bmx flats and holdfasts or similar if he/she doesnt want to use clips+straps.

had to put the brake there because it is the fattest part of the bar and that 31.8 is barely holding on. Besides, with that narrow bar i can easily reach the lever while still holding to the upper part of the riser. Long fingers.
