Will cable discs work?
yeah, not a lot of grip on 25-28mm tyres so juin tech/bb7 road will do just fineCan you set up tubeless with just a track pump?
smaller the tyre easier it is with track pump as far as i've dealt with theseWill 30c tyres fit?
maybe with narrow rim, I'd say 28 schwalbe pro one evo is the sweet spotWill it be any different to every other CAAD?
well this is harder :)Will I mess up the build multiple times?
im glad mine was set up at shop (cba to do hydraulics with inner routing)Will I shatter my spine on a broken road somewhere in Eastern Europe thanks to Cannondale’s impressively stiff frames?
i think it is suprisingly comfy especially with the setback carbon SAVE post from cdalelooking forward for the pics!

pumped up these byways to 2 bars and I was kind of hesitant how they feel (compared to 30-40mm 700c)
- quick but not road tyre quick
- a bit more nervous steering with less wheel flop and lower trail
but when I went to 1,3-1,5 they transformed.
- amazing and predictable grip (for a tyre that rolls great on tarmac)
- almost the same rolling resistance with greatly increased comfort
- a bit more resistance to steering inputs via larger contact patch
- BLISS!
- quick but not road tyre quick

its just that the tyre sidewalls can wear out quicker or cornering (because side knobs are not on the sides but more center) seems weird if you pull out skinny tyre wide rim combo, as the tyre contact patch isnt what the designer thought it to be.
I had (and others have done the same) 33mm cx tyres on 26,6mm inner rim -combo without much of a fuss. New road wheels seem to be around 25-28mm outer for 25mm tyre also.
great! good grip and they just roll forever. kind of all year puncture proof version of compass
the ride is quite tunable with air pressure
