What sort of start time are you looking at? Can't afford a whole afternoon off but if we could do a 4-5pm start then would be into a 40-50+ miler. Though I've nothing planned for Saturday morning so suppose I could stay out until stupid o'clock in Friday tradition.

Decided the Hardrock is definitely going, cheap as chips at £200 for pickup / local delivery or £210 for national delivery.

Facts:
2010 Specialized Hardrock Disc, spec is entirely OTP
Ridden around 100 miles, been treated nice and not hammered.
15" frame that would suit people around 5'6" - 5'8"

Will post in main classifieds later but locals get first dibs.

I'd put a 16 (high 70s) or 17 (low 70s) on the back. Depends if you prefer working harder uphill or down. I ride 48/17 (74") fixed and 44/16 (70") singlespeed.

Assuming you're running 700c wheels, it's around 90!

I would very much be into this. Especially glad that we're resuming these just as the weather picks up.

Off-road is well fun, but I just don't do it. Would rather ride road to the coast than drive to Thetford.

Possibly selling my 15" 2010 Specialized Hardrock Disc due to neglect.

Its total mileage is comprised of once round Thetford Forest red trail, twice round the black trail, six miles around Whitlingham lake and a 16 mile commute when I snapped a spoke on my roadie and was forced to use it.

As such, it's practically new so looking for £300, locals only because you're not far off the price of a 2011 if you add carriage.

Greater numbers would have put more pressure on me to go through with it.

Super. Don't suppose you've any spare 700x28 compatible tubes just in case? I tried to pick some up today but they all had stumpy valves, no good for my semi-deep rims.
