I'm 6'2" with an inside leg of 36.5" and it fits fine !

MDT (Argos) track / time trial frame. Smooth welded construction. Reynolds 853 Aero tubing (steel) with Colombus EL Aero seat stays. Forks as used by Danish Olympic team (Reynolds 753 bladed) Aero fork crown drilled for short reach brake. Parallel top tube. Immaculate gloss black paintwork with stainless steel dropouts.
