yeah there were a lot of really aggro drivers about, some proper hating going down...
in front of buck pal i heard some bloke remark:
"i 'ope you go straight under a fahcking lorry mate... i 'ope a truck flattens yer"
and very near the end outside the foundry a waitrose lorry driver got out of his cab and took a swing at someone.
all in all though, a pleasant ride, and a pleasant route - the oxford st crowds loved it.
Sounds like a normal ride thru uptown?
nah tonight was very chilled, some angry drivers but noone knocked down, what I heard of anyway.

Apart from the sensible suggestions there are other options.
Wire it up so that anyone who touches it is electrocuted. - Might leave you open to lawsuits.
Use those exploding paint things that banks use. - Not great on a bike with a nice paintjob
Build a GPS/3G communication device which is welded inside the frame. - GPS doesn't work inside though
Weld it to street furniture. - Time consuming.hmn, am I the only person who actually been thinking seriously about converting my bike to a rolling stungun?

Cheapest and eaiset solution: use a clothes peg to peg the skirt up out of the way. If teh rider is worried about flashing too much leg or her bloomers, she can pull on a pair of leggings or some shorts underneath.
A peg means you can ride any type of frame at any speed you like!
Out of the question! The bike is for a lady!

that's some insperation!

What frame/parts is most suitable when building a bike for someone who gonna be ridin' with long skirt? Preferable vintage looking.
While the classic looking womens frames have a lower toptube, witch I understand is for this purpose, the toptube is still quite high.
I tend to think foldies might be the best, as the tube is way lower (or looks like it is anyway)
(note, loose cloths tend to catch onto the "quick screws")And well, chainguard.. is there any differences? maybe how much it cover, some might over both sides of the chain?
Mudguards, well as with all other bikes, either you have them or you dont.
Anything else I might wanna think of?

It wouldnt surprise me if this is turns out to be a dubble post but since I have no clue what it's name/brand/model is, I can't search for it.
Anyway, what I'm looking for is a frame (eh... fork?) where the handlebar is attached to the crown of the fork. I've seen this once in a picture with bullhorns.
Does this type have a name? or is it just one brand/model? In worst case could it been a custom made one?
Oh and btw, I know I'm no good at explaining so took some random racing bike picture of google and modded it in paint, hope it will help.

Is there anyway to convert wheels with tubeless tyres to the normal innertube & tyre ? I have a pair of Rev-x Spinergy, would be a shame not to put them to use:)
P.S. can one repair tubeless tyres or do you just have to throw it away when you get a puncture?
