A groupset which came from a 1989 teambike comprising;
§ mavic ssc black derailleurs etched 'TEAM 89'.
§ simplex shifters (right is stamped 'simplex', left is unstamped)
§ mavic ssc black brake levers (internal routing, hoods a little cracked but usable)
§ mavic ssc black brake callipers (rear has a broken quick release arm - not readily noticable; but you can't turn the quick release wheel. Works fine otherwise)
§ mavic starfish crankset (1989 was the first year of production for the new ssc group of which these cranks formed a part). 170mm. some scratching from pedal insertion
§ mavic wheels (ssc hubs with 7spd block) on mavic black anodised clinchers with NOS 19mm tyres).
§ 27.2mm vitus seatpost.
§ Mavic ssc handlebars (already drilled for internal routing).
I added the clincher wheels - the originals are for tubs.
I also added the seatpost - the original was an unusual diametre.
I can add the ssc headset (French thread) for 10 pounds if needed.Pics here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/34526616@N05/
