I doubt it: Monsieur J Richard spent his whole life in a small town in the Alps. I never met him, but I doubt he'd ever played polo...then again, you never know.

If that's your name, this is yours: 1983, hidden bolt, black. About 105mm in length (haven't measured it). Only thing is you'd have to pay postage (about 7 pounds without tracking from france).

Front and rear derailleurs from a 1957 bike (RIP). Front bears old winged logo on cage. Rear still has some red paint you can strip off. Or leave.
