I had a brand x ascent dropper that stated getting a bit sticky going up and down. In the end it fixed itself with a bit of time and some silicone spray.
But before it did I looked into stripping it down and servicing it and it didn’t look too hard. There are videos on YouTube.
Though I’ve no idea if that would help fix your issue.

On a similar note to the above, has anyone used sunglasses with optical inserts and have any feedback? Positive or negative.

I've read that they may be more prone to fogging, and may be not so good for checking back over/under your shoulder. But have struggled to find any useful real world reviews.

The Follow me tandem is great. But pricey.

Adapts to multiple size wheels/bikes though, so can be used for years.

I’m also 5’10. I had a Camino until the end of last year. I really liked it. I had a large and that was a good fit for me. Though admittedly that was a 2018 model and the geometry may have changed since then.

Put mine out on Saturday. Early days, but fine so far, and I reckon the next few days weather should see them right.

If anyone would like a large bike box in SE4 let me know. With the caveat that I cut an approx A4 size hole out of one side, but I reckon that could be patched up pretty easily.

We got some fungus gnat specific nematodes from Nematodes Direct a few weeks ago. We used them on indoor rather than outdoor plants, but has totally sorted the problem.

We’ve got a Yuba Kombi. Similar sort of bike to the GSD but a bit shorter so might be easier to manoeuvre through your house. It’s not as expensive as the Tern, but does the job fine for us. Having said that it isn’t as easy to adjust for different riders as Terns are I don’t think.

Another option might be the Yuba fastrack, a little longer than the kombi, but I think shorter than a GSD. You can test ride them both at London green cycles.

You don’t need any power tools to cut down roller blinds. A pair of scissors and a hacksaw will do you right.

Actually, thinking about it, maybe I just stole the tough thread from the speedy stitcher and used a normal (but chunky) needle to do the tyre repair.
