Are we talking about the lock ring with a left hand thread that just needs to be nipped up to the sprocket since if the sprocket tries to undo it will be trying to tighten the lock ring so the worst that will happen is you get a loose feeling at the back which if not addressed could work itself loose but you would need to be a total turd to let that happen?
If so start by tightening the sprocket properly. I find grinding up swains to be the best method of tightening this. When you get to the top just nip up the lock ring and you are ready for a quick pint in the flask before trying to ride back down the hill. -

The go-race really should be for proper newbies and singlespeed/fixed bikes for people without a licence. There are no strict rules though, but ringers may be heckled/abused/soaked!

Employers may still 'tweak' their schemes to adapt to the new rules. The 1 year Rolls Royce scheme has just had an optional free hire period added to the end of it. This is where you sign a second agreement and continue to hire your bike for another couple of years but with no monthly cost. Then you transfer ownership after three years rather than one at a lower market value.

I prefer big headphones, I firmly believe that the more other people think you are a nob, the more space they will give you on the road. If you follow this argument to it's illogical conclusion, air guitar is the safest thing to do when riding in traffic. What I do not understand is why they do not cover this in bikeability training.
