There is one with plastic guards and a different rack some pages back. Here's one from current projects:
Early nineties MTB built with a way shorter stem (original one has 150mm length-now 120). Nearly the same reach as my road bike, but miles more fun. The rack is selfmade.

The position on your Kuwahara looks pretty stretched right now. Would look great with one of those stems in my opinion:

Having some production issues currently cutting the laminnated decals... they're too thick to cut neatly... Also, tt's a mate that's doing it for me as a favour, if you want Zipp would you not be best off just ordering some off ebay to match your rear?
no problem. the rear wheel is not zipp, so i definitely wont put genuine stickers on it.
btw. the pink stripe is a very nice detail...

The hole in the seat lug was probably meant as a gas vent hole and was filled, because the toptube was attached lower than it should normally be.
