@Iain
How on earth are you thinking of taking all that stuff?
Personal experience says that I am not hungry after 80Km. If I were you I would eat all that stuff for lunch.. :)
Just sorted the GPS track to Dunwich. Anybody doesn't know the route and wants to organise a group?
@Pascalo
It's amasing we have managed to do opposite rides (Audax and lfgss) for over a year now. Come see us off! -
tonsillitis and pulled my back.. I'm out. :(
I have a train ticket from Lowestoft to London for £11 if anyone has interest, PM me.
Heal up Alex!
I was struggling as I have read this words before
*** Looks at its library ***
Ah Ah ... found it!
Jesus looked up to heaven and prayed to his Father, closing with these words: "Heal up Lazarus!" When Lazarus came out of the tomb, Jesus told the people to remove his grave clothes.
As a result of this incredible miracle, many people put their faith in Jesus (or ChainBreaker if you prefer).

I've created a GPS map for the route:
http://ridewithgps.com/routes/537530
You should be able to click on it and export it to your GPS device of choice.
Hey Soul, thanks for that!
BTW, If anybody has an older GPS that doesn't support that many instructions (I have an ancient Etrex H) you could use Gpx Splitter to split the route across many smaller files (with the same resolution).

What are the entry requirements for PBP? 1200k is a long old way!
An SR series in 2011. That is a 200, 300, 400 and 600 BRM.
More details on the yacf thread (thanks to Greenbank)

There's no right answer.
Agree 100%.
I started with 100km rides 75'' and got painful knees. Lowered to 63'' did a bunch of 100 and 200 rides, the other day I popped in the 75'' again and did a semi-hilly 100K in 4h.
I think it depends heavily on your fitness level/joints strength and how much you fancy enjoying the landscape whilst walking up a hill ;) .
I also realised that on 42x17 I have to eat and drink nearly double. -
Hi Wannabe,
any ideas for the rack-top bag, anyone?
Looking around I thought the Top Peak RX trunk bag or Topeak MTX Trunk Bag were two good bags.
In the case you have a brooks saddle you could go for
a lovely Carradice's Barley saddle bag.nice effort! are you thinking of pbp?
I guess pbp is is probably my training's aim... :) ... for now.
Right, on my way see you guys at the start!
