loss around 7kg from early march.. cut the carb intake by half,
jogging and weight training, at first it was super hard to jog.. able to do around 2km's at the first week.
two days ago finally im able to jog 10km for one and half hour.
and finally able to complete the spartacus workout for one full lap.
current weight is 90.1kgs. at 171cm height..oh by the way.. is there any suggestion on a good fat burner supplements and muscle repair supplements.. thank you.
