I havz stickers.. Bought them in the end from the decal company who's link I posted earlier. Put them on but tbh they were a right f*cker to sort. They're not one solid sticker either unfortunately, each little bit is individually cut out so I'm thinking their longevity isn't going to be anything to write home about.. They do, however, break up the black monotony and look pretty good :) pics to come

doing pretty well currently, sitting at 65kg now, down from 73kg in january :)

this is accounting for upper body muscle gains as well as fat loss. before and after pics coming soon!

the depressing changes are skimmed milk and green tea.

ah well. also set a new pb for my 5k yesterday! including a 5 min warmup, did it in 24.32 !

the things ive found help with motivation the most have been writing down everything i eat, and always making notes of times/weights lifted in the gym.

also, having a big breakfast. read an interesting article in mens health on an experiment, where one group had a 300 cal breakfast, the other 600 cal breakfast. over a period of 12 weeks, the big breakfast-ers lost nearly twice as much weight!

You should paint the frame mainly white with blue seat stays and seat cluster and then add a couple of red highlights. It'd match the fork and look pretty sweet. Get some Cinelli stickers made up too...
