I have nothing against cyclists whatsoever, everyone has a right to the use of the road, but when you think of the amount of accidents they do cause, there’s no registration, **they don’t pay anything at all to use the roads, they’ve not paid to have a cycle lane fitted, all the car drivers pay for that. **
I'm probably not the only one to notice this but it does make me chuckle - though he does redeem himself a little with the "everyone has a right to use the road" (just about). -

No probs, it really confused me before too, i've only ever seen a ranger on horse back once before so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Probably even rarer in the winter to see one due to the cold etc - some dog walkers and people in general do put logs down on the bits you are officially allowed to cycle on! i found a dangerous one asmorning - very disturbing - I'm forever moving them.

Wimbledon Common's nice but a bit small ultimately, the no cycling aspect is a bit confusing at time when you end up accidentally cycling on the no-cycling part.
Just recently I read a interesting exchange between someone at southwark cyclists about those no cycling signs - essentially they wimbledon common "rangers" were trying to deny that there are bridleways on wimbledon common - those signs are nonsense anyway, they couldn't take anyone to court for cycling anywhere on the common.

A307 Greater London - Richmond Road closed both ways due to serious accident between Lancaster Garden and Fernhill Gardens, in Kingston Upon Thames.
Saw the rider lying on the ground, looked to me like a possible left hook at the junction, spoke to a PCSO on the way back doing traffic duties who said it was "touch and go" for the rider.
Hope you pull through Mr Motorbike Man.

Click "Best rated" at the comments box under the article, what a bunch of cunts.
I like this one:
The BNP were out canvasing for votes, not looking for a fight. It's disgusting that they can't go about their business without being confronted by gangs of yobs.
What "business" would that be Mr Paul R of Luton?

Yeah you are right, murder is a bit harsh, manslaughter is fairer I guess.
