Okay so this may be a dumb question but bear with me.

We're looking to move and have the option to port our mortgage (it's not something I've done before)

The mortgage we currently overpay on each month and it's at a very low -pre COVID interest rate.
The house we're looking to buy will mean we'll be borrowing more but can take the existing mortgage at the low rate + extra at 5.2ish

Am I best to stop overpaying for now to keep the low rate part of the mortgage as high as possible and then use what I would have paid to lower the higher interest total amount when it comes to move time?

I just don't see where this is going to end. Absolutely crazy.

I've got one and find their really useful. Marking up pdfs etc is something that I find myself using a lot more than I thought I would initially.

The recent updates allowing tags and specific designs to certain pages makes the whole thing much nicer to use.

Just be warned you will go through the nibs relatively quickly!

Is dust on the lens as much of an issue as people make out?

Maybe I should stump for the Fuji (what with being half the price) and if it works out well I can probably sell it for a similar amount and try out a Ricoh.

It'll just be a carry all the time in a coat pocket camera. For times I don't want to have a Fuji or the Leica around my neck.

Despite the above I still can't shake the feeling I'd enjoy a GR iii.

Am I going to lose much but not having an in camera flash?

Yeah I'm simply leaning towards the Fuji on price and their colours.

Tempted by the Ricoh GR iii as a carry everywhere camera. I know ed had the griii x (40mm equiv) but does anyone else here have one and could maybe give me and insight.
