Thread dredge.
Loving what Claire is doing at https://petrichorprojects.co .
Full disclosure, I worked with Claire when we were both at Rapha about 10 years ago. We weren't close then but I knew she was a phenomenal product developer. We connected again when she launched petrichor projects and she was running monthly rides. I love the ethos of her brand, and wanted to support a female led business.
That said, the bib shorts are truly the most comfortable and practical bib shorts I've owned. The review in Singletrack magazine that says "If these work for you, all your other bibs will become redundant" has ended up being entirely true for me!
Worth keeping an eye on for future products.

SOLD
This was the frame that got me in to road riding back in the day. Bought second hand off eBay.
Photos here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/TDHmbZGpNdyy1Hp18
Got fed up with trying to maintain an 8 speed Campagnolo groupset after I'd just sourced some beautiful Campagnolo 8 speed wheels, the rear of which was almost immediately written off by a black cab rolling their wheel arch over it and pancaking it when I was stopped at a pedestrian crossing. (I still have that groupset if anyone is interested).
Frame alignment is perfect - bike shop at the time commented that frames leave factories with significantly worse alignment!
It's a used, second hand to me bike so there are scratches. etc on the frame. This is photographed extensively.
Top tube is 53cm c-c
Seat tube is 51cm c-tCurrently built up as fixed but has a flip flop hub.
Nitto bars, potentially 36cm (I'm small) 38cm maximum - awkward taking measurements on taped, hooded bars
Cinelli 90mm quill stem
165cm cranks (I'm too lazy to take the pedals off)
48T chain ring
20T fixed sprocket (live in a hilly area)
Forgotten what size the single speed sprocket is, other than smaller.
Fizik vesta saddle - I've taken the saddle bag clamp off since taking the photo
Plenty of life left in both rims (though front in particular)
I can put a ferrule on the front brake cable :DIt's been hanging in the garage for years.
£150 - is that reasonable? Please tell me if I'm being one of those people who's wildly overvaluing a bike.
Collection in Forest Hill/ Herne Hill or Central.
Edit: to add st/ tt lengths

Tl,dr - why on earth is your friend fat when they could be thin if they tried harder?
Society assuming thin is the norm and that if someone exists in a bigger/fat body they do so because of a lack of will power, lack of discipline, and lazyness and that thin people are determined, disciplined and hard working makes no sense.
Body size is just body size - it tells you nothing about a person's health status, work ethic, discipline, how much exercise they do, etc.
Why does exercise have to result in weight loss, can't we just enjoy it rather than doing it to put ourselves in to a calorie defecit?

I had some coaching recently and kept getting to told to straighten my legs more so that I was riding in a more neutral position (not hanging off the back).
I think Yoann Barelli's explanation of what/ why/ how of bike stance on new geometry is very clear from about 3.45 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wu9PNsCJoS8
.edit: (my coaching was not from Yoann Barelli!)

It was years ago now, but similar experience of Belem being rammed. I also didn't think they were particularly special - pretty sure we had better elsewhere though I can't remember where. But I was far more interested in Azeitão cheese that I'd never heard of before and made my best effort to make up for 3 and bit decades of not having known about it to be able to seek it out to eat. Cheese > custard tarts.

I do: https://my.laka.co/F4GJ4
I haven't had to claim but like how easy it is to add / remove bikes and turn the policy on and off.

I doubt it is any worse than other vaccines, I've had no cause to get any other vaccines as an adult to notice any side effects. The issue is the medical gender gap - that very, very few studies record menstural cycle disturbances even though it's a key metric of health in people who menstruate. That needs to change.

Had 2nd Pfizer jab on Monday morning. Felt fine until about 9pm when I was suddenly really tired, started feeling achey and developed a splitting headache. Woke up the next day with a splitting headache, really achey all over and not much appetite (very unusual for me). Paracetamol dealt with the headache and muscle aches but felt really groggy and low energy. A walk to the park and back had me needing an afternoon nap! Felt much better by the time i needed to go to sleep when I was of course wide awake from napping 😂 Men may want to cover their eyes for the next bit, but have slight menstrual cycle disturbance today of bleeding between cycles which I have never had before, so seems likely it’s connected. Worth mentioning for any other women reading (jab received in week 2 of cycle). Dr Jen Gunter has written a few pieces about the relationship between vaccines (in general) and the menstrual cycle. Largely poorly studied (usual excuses, too hard because women have different hormone levels across their cycle) but essentially disturbances are normal post vaccine.
