I don't envy your position... I have been in this place for 2 years and it's been great, really nice private landlords who once we started looking to rent again (this place is for sale) we realised we were paying about 2-300 pounds less than the going rate!
Good luck with your hunt, I'd trawl Gumtree for a private landlord if I were you...

i must admit, we've started trawling gumtree and move flat for possible places. the missus doesnt want to live in a ground floor flat, so that's a difficult one. and we're gonna move south (from north) to herne hill/brixton to get somewhere cheaper and bigger for the money. its a bugger really, cos finding a private landlord nowadays (compared with 3 or more years ago) is difficult. to find a decent place, and not a student hell hole. you place looks good, and that chesterfield is an outright winner. me and the missus want the sofa a single chair for the new place when we find it.

Evening all,

I have a Black Brooks B17 Copper Special for sale. Ridden less than 50 miles last year, not even any bum mouldings going on! Since then it's been sat under the bed accumulating dust, so it deserves to go to a better home! A few scuffs (sides, nose a small one by Brooks name plate at back) from dropping the bike whilst half asleep once (see photos). Other than that, in very good condition.

Pick up is in N16, i'm here all weekend and week nights. Although going away next weekend. Cash on collection always best. Dibs followed by PM please.
