Ricky, the Ward looks bang-on, very compact and purposeful. I never get bored of looking at bikes like this. I'm guessing the front brake is just for emergency use only, cos you wouldn't wanna mark that rim? -

think we should have a mass bikes-on-rollers-while-watching-tour de france sesh this year? Been watching the Giro today thinking of how to make a budget roller?
I've been given a bunch of aluminium rollers, 'cos I was thinking of building some rollers myself. They are about 2 foot in length and about 2 inches diameter, with bearings and spindles either end. Brand new. See picture attached. Prob enough to build four or five sets, depending upon design. Would be happy to share rollers/collaborate in roller building projects.
