@Fignon I got it from BLB of all places, after hunting around a bit & having no joy it came up in a search and I thought it was worth having the correct fork.
-
Yes that Stuttgart colourway is really rad.. though i am also the owner of the below frame. Which i have had sitting around for a long long time, i have recently had a steel fork built for it. I was too tempted by the matchy matchy motorola pursuit and road frames.. So its going Motorola and the pursuit is getting a tidied up and fork paint while its in the shop as well. I have to wait til mid january for the paint to be done but its exciting times.
(not my build) -
I'm just going to leave this link here as this is what I'm aiming at..

I acquired this a few months ago and its been on the back burner a bit due to work busy-ness but I'm starting to get this project going a little bit now so i thought i would share.
Having visited my local frame builder he pointed out that he had a road mx leader in my size that was in for a repair job on the dented top tube (he had done a fine job of rolling out the dent). Turns out the guy who had it on for repair had bought something else in the meantime so I got this repaired frame for a good price.
I have sourced a NOS mx leader fork and currently am planning on putting a dura-ace 7410 groupo on it once it has a new paint job. I currently torn between the classic motorola or 7-eleven colourway.
Hubs are currently with the lbs getting built to open pro's

I recently got married and the lovely folks at my LBS know i have a soft spot for lo-pro's so they gave me this Cramerotti as a wedding gift. I was stoked, my new wife was also happy with the flowers they got for her.
Columbus matrix, full internal cable routing, cinelli bb shell, rear bridge etc. So I am looking for a 650c steel fork for it, preferably chrome and it would have to mailed to Norwich (not much to ask i know)
around 142mm (or slightly more is ok) threaded steerer tube would be required
anyone got anything?

Thanks! Ive never rattlecanned a frame before, lucky i had a good covered area to hang it from. I sanded back to aluminum, primed and sanded right back once, primed 2 more times, 2 or 3 (cant remember) coats of pink and 2 of clear on top of the decals.. being careful to do thin coats to avoid runs. thankfully i avoided any of those & it has turned out smooth and shiny in some areas and a little rougher in others, i don't really mind the rougher bits as i only spent $40 on paint & about $250 in total on the reno. The levers taking 3 weeks to arrive was probably a blessing as it was able to sit for that time without cranking any components on tight allowing the paint to properly dry. You can kind of see the finish in the previous posts ^up there but i will make a few adjustments to position as well as both derailleurs and take better photos next time i take it out. Heavy rain was looming yesterday so i just did a quick 40k to get the feel for it, didn't stop for long to take pictures! next time :)

Thanks! Stem is just a no name cheapy. I think it was £7 in a lbs when i was still living in London and Ive used it all over the world on various bikes here and there, works fine but its a 110 and i could really do with swapping it out for a 120. Might splurge on a thomson stem and seatpost later on.

After what seemed like forever waiting for levers to show up in the mail they finally turned up on tuesday so i was able to finish this off (for the most part) and take it out yesterday.. still needs a better set of tyres and a different saddle. along with some angles and trimming tweaks but its super smooth.

Made a bit of progress with this today, managed to get all the frame finishing bits & pieces on, cable guides, derailleur hanger, etc.. added some components that i could get away with for now..
Still waiting on shifters and with a bit of luck should be picking up some Bontrager shallow drop bars on sunday.
Still need headset, I just missed a black CK 1 inch threadless on ebay yesterday which was unfortunate..
Although i cleaned the cranks the scuffs and scrapes still show pretty bad but I'm not too worried, these cranks are not hard to come by so i might get some cleaner ones later on.
Was thinking about getting a black arione but i popped the Yellow concor on so i could get the seatpost in a bit easier as i had it lying around & i dont actually mind the yellow with the pink, Bars etc will most probably be black so I maybe able to get away with a touch of yellow

On the subject of bars, Which I'm yet to order along with a new headset.. i think i want some more compact drops, the cinelli bars i had before were a little too deep for my liking so I've been thinking about a set of soma highway one drops, has anyone else got any other recommendations for something similar in shape?
-
ha! I think I'm going to stick with these, the pink will have had enough time tonight to get the decals and clearcoat on today, then it can sit for 4-5 days until the new shifters / bars / shifter mounts show up and then it will have had enough time to dry properly before building it up.. I am feeling to urge to ride this again now, so waiting another 2 weeks for decals while i have a set here may drive me crazy! I think I'm just going to keep it minimul & leave the 2.8 aluminum and r700 decals out going with the headtube, seattube and downtube logos
-
^this makes a lot of sense to me.. Paint is obviously not original, nor is the new colour one cannondale used & its most probably gonna be an aesthetic improvement on the shoddy black rattlecan job that it had before which in turn will make me want to ride it more, which is what its all about right!?

So the below decals arrived this morning, Im still thinking about ordering the correct ones for the frame.. but I think i personally prefer this decal set. Im wondering if the general consensus be that its sacrilege to add the wrong decals for the frame.. Or thinkgin i could just keep it simple and go with the large logo on the downtube along with the headtube and the 'handmade in the USA' decal on the seatube.. All input appreciated!

Im considering those, I really like this logo as well though..
All food for thought..
I have another slight problem though, I have got the original bolted shifter mount but one side is slightly stripped, it's possible to get a bolt into it but its not ideal, i did see a thread here with a link to buy a new one for around $30.. i have been through all the other cannondale build threads I've been looking at recently but cant find it again.. if anyone can remember seeing such a link and could post it that would be great!
EDIT: I found them!

^ That looks great! Might be tempted to go white bartape afterall.. maybe
@russmeyer these are the decals i have on the way.. is that head tube logo the one you mean?
This picture may have answered my question in advance but I'd like my mind set at ease by someone more experienced with this style of bottom bracket if possible.
I have just fitted an ISIS bottom bracket & crank on my track bike, BB threaded in fine, nice and tight etc..
However, the reverse of the chainring bolts rubbed a tiny bit when the chainring was fitted. the BB came with a spacer (just 1) on the non drive side which didn't seem to be doing much, the cranks were previously used, so the spacer could have come from either side, I added this to the drive side and now there is no rub with the chainring bolts along with a good chainline and the non drive side still has good clearance.
this picture seems to show a spacer that looks similar to the one in question on the drive side. So maybe thats where it was intended for but i would like some confirmation
Is it going to explode and kill me or will everything be just fine?
Thanks in advance
