Bloody loved this. However, the seatpost is seized (my fault, obvs) but The Seatpost Man has said it’s rescuable. In my attempt to release the post, I ended up cracking the seat tube, but if you know the right person, again, it’s fixable.

So then I tried to remove the BB, but the spanner slipped on one of the cups, so it’s stuck. But with the right tool, you can do it!

Miche BB cups have stripped their teeth, and despite my best efforts, I can’t get them free. Oh, and one side’s dropout insert is missing, along with the bolts, but they look the same as Dolan etc so you can probably fine new ones.
