After hoarding it for two years it is time to admit that I will never ride this bike.
It is a genuine Roberts made from Reynolds 531 speedstream aerodynamic tubing (check out the bb lug). Think it was a TT bike but sadly the mech hanger has been cut off. Internal routing for rear brake cable, 130mm rear dropout width. Original decals have been removed (from beneath the laquer?) and Roberts ones stuck on top. Some rust worms and damage to paint work but still looks amazing.
The seat post had some damage when I acquired the frame. This has been welded and whilst not the neatest job it has responded well to some elbow grease and could undoubtedly benefit from more.
Seat tube 555 c2c, 570 c2t, top tube 580 c2c and approximately 560mm effective horizontal,
head tube 70mm.Not sure on pricing as its not a proper track frame. how about £220 for frame fork headset and seat post? Will donate if it sells. thanks

First up: Diamant cyclocross in Ishiwata 022 steel with mudguard eyes and canti mounts. Just had a basic repaint, not the finest job but is certainly presentable. top tube 55 c2c, seat tube 54 c2c. new headset. £120.

I also have two of these Diamondback branded frames. Rumoured to have been made for a sponsored racing team by Raleigh (USA?) who were owned by Diamondback at the time. Very nicely finished. TIG welded frame with lovely lugged fork. Don't know the steel but they take a 27mm seat post if that helps. Top tube is 56c2c, seat tube 55 c2c.
The first one has never been fully built up, comes with new headset, seat post and brake hangers £140.

The second one has been lightly used, and is complete with a set of decals for an alloy Diamondback Monza. It is currently built up if you wanted to try one but will be stripped to build up into the replacement bike on Sunday. It will be available as a bare frame for £100 .
