old thread:
http://www.lfgss.com/thread75618.htmlup for sale is the FRAME, FORKS, HEADSET, BB. No storys, I just want money and don't use this bike enough. Absolutely stunning in the light, spec below
RE SHIPPING/PAYMENT - bikes coming from Ireland, payment will have to be via bank transfer
vivalo special - 52-53cm (will get exact mesurement tomorrow). The stand out thing about this frame is its condition, it's in 8/10 with no dents ding, and just a couple of small scuffs/scratches. It's seriously hard to find a keirin frame in this condition unless its new. I believe it was made in 94 and I have no idea if it was ever professionally raced, but with the condition it's in I doubt it, it was defo made before vivalo lost their njs approval. Pictures don't do it justice, the decals are glittery in the light and there are small specs of glitter in the black paint. There's lovely pantographing on the crown of the fork and end of the seatstays. (njs stamped)
sugino 75 bb. Retails at $95 excluding shipping. (njs stamped)
hata swan headset, pretty sure its a super deluxe. Retails at $99 excluding shipping. (njs stamped)
++++PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING FROM IRELAND++++
f+f, sugino 75 bb, headset - SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD
WILL ALSO TRADE, for a nice set of fixed clinchers

If the crank is held on with a nut and you have an old pre cartridge bottom bracket then remove the drive side crank and the drive side BB cup. The axle will now be loose in the frame. Loosen the nut on the non drive side axle a couple of turns, put a socket (usually 14mm) on it and with the frame suitably supported hammer the socket to push the axle through the crank. Pouring hot water on helps here too.
nice one sound good, will defo give it a shot.

just got a new frame and have come across a little niggle, the threads on the non drive side cranks are bolloxed so I cant use a crank puller on them. Any suggestions on how to remove the crank. I might see if I can remove the bb and crank arm with the crank still on the spindle and just scrap them both ?
also does anyone have any idea what thread a carlton flyer bb would take, its from the mid seventies I believe ?

To be honest the site looks far from legit and the amounts of certain trainers they have should have sparked your spidey senses. You live and learn eh? Hope it's not an expensive lesson...
Yeah looking back it was a stupid move, but as I said with every scam your blinded by something your really want which was defo the case here. I stupidly assumed it was legit because it had a u.k. url and it came up for shops located within the u.k. ...... I feel like an idiot

hey guys, have a quick question for you all. Recently just purchased two pairs of janoksis, from this seemingly uk based site, it even comes up in U.K. shopping when you google it. It is in fact however a site based in fucking Shang Hai, and they screwed me out of 150 quid
http://www.lateststyles.co.uk/
the site looks very legit, and apart from the name there are no tell tale signs of it being a fakes site from china, all the english is perfect, paypal icons etc.....However like with mosts scams I was blinded by something I really wanted. On closer inspection, the paypal icons just link you to someones twitter, theres no address or email given of the company. And when it came to payment I payed via some weird bank but stupidly didn't think to question it. Really fucking pissed off, just have some shitty ass fake nikes and a hole in my wallet. Does anyone know of anyway to attempt to get my money back ????, any help appreciated. Oh yeah and to make things worse they sent one of the pairs of shoes in the wrong color way, not that I wear them anyway
