I think in it's current guise you'd have to use the study for some kind of playroom/snug? and then a bedroom as a study.
This one I can sort of get behind because of the original building and the way the other rooms are built around it feels more coherent

Right but in your example where is the moderation?
This week I had a glass of wine, a few chocolate biscuits, some halo top ice cream etc - I still ate 8-9 fruit and veg a day, stayed under my calorie target and lost 1lb.
I think a healthy diet is one which works for you and what you are trying to achieve.

selling some Drakes bits: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/399090/
-
Linen Games Tunic - size 38. You can see this jacket here although rather confusingly they call this cloth Sand whereas this jacket is a more yellow colour which is being used in the current 5 pocket chore coat, also called sand - £280
-
Grey/blue oxford shirt - 15 3/4 - £60
I think Drakes describe this as grey but it's got a hint of blue/purple in it. Have tried to photograph as best I canGrey linen shirt with almost windowpane detailing - 15 1/2 - £60
I really like the material of this shirt but similar to the above I found the colour just didn't suit me/what I wear so never really wore it, also as it was slightly smaller in the neck it was a little snug. -
Right I'm having a bit of a clearout. The first items up are 3 Drakes shirts, a polo shirt and a jacket. All with minimal wear <5 times. I have quite a bit of other stuff to list, which for this thread should all be clothing/footwear related.
Green long sleeve polo shirt - Medium. £50
Fit slightly short in the body, otherwise true to size.Checked/Ginham/Madras style shirt - 15 3/4 £60
Nice lightweight cotton, have tried to show the pattern but great for summer/autumn -
Yeah this is actually quite tricky.
If you are staying in one place for a bit then this is my routine:
Don’t eat food on the plane - it’s crap and full of calories. I pack some fruit, healthy snacks and drink tons of water.
Buy food from a supermarket and keep it in hotel fridge. I usually get skyr, fruit, water etc. I travel with protein powder.
I will then make breakfast and have it in a hotel room.
When I’m away I can normally workout more than when at home, so I try to do this.
During the working day do not drink your calories! If you are able to choose your own lunch great. If not then try and opt for a salad - nobody will bat an eyelid at this during the day.
I default to not drinking, it’s easier and more common now. Means saving calories. If that’s not an option for you then maybe try and just drink less.
Then for food just try to order something reasonably healthy . I tend to just under eat and even if I leave a bit hungry I know I could eat something relatively low calorie in my hotel room
