Yes - you will still need to clean the oven but it makes it much less effort. I’ve never bothered to use the cleaning function on ours as keep on top of it with this and a brush

If we had more room then might have gone for the Karcher steam cleaner but this is small and gets the job done

Honestly for £30 I'd say a steam cleaner is a good investment - great for glass on ovens, shower screens, windows etc.

This is the one we have and it’s great - 9yrs of weekly use

I got one of those beldray steam cleaners and electric scrubbing brush for these sorts of things - great for shower, oven, washing machine

Clean the filter once a week. Make sure rinse aid always topped up.
Cleaning wash once a month.
Full tear down and clean every 3m or so.
Use dishwasher daily
