The good:
Fun little bike to ride! It hasn't been used in a few months but is running fine, gears indexed and shift well. Plenty of life left on brake pads. Has mounts for mudguards, and I reckon you could fit 28c tyres. Serviced shortly before it went into storage.

The bad:
The seatpost is seized, I haven't tried very hard to get it out but it's not budging for me at the moment.
Quite a lot of scratches from being locked up - I've photographed the worst areas on the top tube and brifters.

I had this issue recently, it will only accept Bancontact and you have to a Belgian address to set one up I believe.

The dial feet have gone on my Stowa Antea and STS don't want to touch it. Any other recommendations for repairs ideally in London but also within the UK? Sending it back to Germany feels like it a faff I'd like to avoid if possible.

I just received my AR46 wheelset. Went for the TPD, pre-paid customs option, and once built they were delivered in just under 3 weeks time to Amsterdam

Light Bicycle seem to be sending TPD via plane to Europe now. My wheelset shipped last week and is already in the Czech Republic. I shouldn't count my chickens but so far it's seeming a lot quicker than the 4–6 week delivery estimation.

Perfect. That means I should be fine with the AR46: 4mm clearance at braketrack and 5mm at tyre.

Good point. I've got R8000 calipers which are compatible for 28mm outer rim width so that shouldn't be an issue. Do you think the tyre clearance will be ok?

The alternative is the R45 rim – 17.9/25mm. Whilst I prefer the profile of the AR46 it might be a safer bet than waiting 6 weeks for a wheelset that might be too tight?

Hi all. I'm wanting to order an LB rim brake wheelset – preferably the AR46 – but have some concerns re. tyre clearance on my '04 Merckx Team SC frame.

I currently have 25mm GP5000's mounted on Cero AR30's (17.9mm inner/22mm outer) measuring at 27.5mm width. This leaves me ~8mm clearance either side at the brake track and ~4mm clearance from the tyre to chainstay.

The AR46 rim is 21mm inner/28mm outer. According to the LB 'Actual Widths' chart GP5000's will actually come up smaller than my current wheels at 26.54mm.

Whilst the clearance from the braketrack to the chainstay will reduce from 8mm to 4mm the clearance from the tyre to the chainstay should actually increase to ~5mm clearance.

This should be fine, right?

I've recently moved and am looking to purchase some bookshelf speakers to go with my amp (an old Cambridge Audio A5) and a Technics 1210.

Currently looking at either Klispsch RP-600-m or KEF Q150. Has anyone had experience with either, or have any recommendations >500 mark?

They've gone straight for a warranty replacement, hopefully have a new one within a week.

I checked the chain wear and it’s got loads of life left! I swapped over the cassette from my wheel and it’s still making the grinding noise in the higher gears. Also noticed a slight noise/vibration when coasting on each revolution of the flywheel which is a bit concerning.

Will have to wait and see what Wahoo say... Fingers crossed for a quick fix, I want to get riding!
