This is where training peaks shines. Easy to check 20min best etc, and even sends an Email if you set a New 20min record. For some reason I like the threshold Power notifications. They feel like kudos.
[Edit - confused Training Peaks with TrainerRoad]
TrainerRoad does similar, but "new FTP, ZOMG thank you TrainerRoad!" screenshot bragging on tw*tter/instatw*t is a bit weird, especially as it's only an estimate and most people are going to be using trainers that are miles out. My Kickr adds 10-15W of flattery - well, according to SRM.

I bought this box in Dec 13... only used it three times, unless you count staring at it, reminiscing over the stickers and dreaming of more trips. My friends always rent boxes and I don't have the space so should have done the same. Pretty good box - don't need to remove stem, just loosen bars and twist. I can't be bothered to remove the rear derailleur and have got away with that so far.

Battery life is what killed the trace and tracer for me. Not a fan of flash so always had them on low constant - they'd be indicating amber after two commutes and would die half way through the fourth. Also didn't like the elastic protective band that covers the USB port - was fiddly and felt like it wouldn't last. I now have the Blaze, which is pricey for a rear light but lasts around two weeks on low.

I always get the guest espresso from Taylor St. Most of the time it's good, but occasionally it's exceptional. A few weeks ago it was Round Hill Spring Colombian and it blew me away. I bought some to use in an aeropress - lovely. That one is out of stock for now, but I'd buy from Round Hill again.
