What rim is on the wheel?

Looking for a set of 165mm track/ss cranks - preferably silver with minimal branding. No particular preference re: size of chainring. Condition isn't a massive issue either, so long as they are presentable and work ok.

Pretty self explanatory - looking for some 25.4 clamp pursuit bars if anyone has some they're prepared to part with?
Cinelli LA84s would be ideal, but anything similar is also great.
