Hi all,
Managed to forget to add this to my Stem for sale thread which I also posted in Bikes and Frames. Link to Carbon Stem here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread103582.html
Perhaps somebody can merge them?
So I bought this saddle from tilover on the forum, he said he took it off his Carbon Planet X, I've never used it as I've decided to sell my new frame.
Like I said its off a Planet X bike, its entirely made from carbon and the rails are titanium. Its beautiful, carbon weave is very visible and it is unbelievably light (no surprise). I believe its unused with barely any marks, but has probably sat in storage for 2 years now.
I bought it for £40, yours for £35 and I'll pay for postage (I'm in Norwich)
Also some Sugino Messenger Cranks 165mm with 46T chainring. Suitable for a cheap build as they have quite a bit of heel rub on crank arms (see photos) All threads in good nick.
£25 posted.
I suppose I'll give the cranks a clean for the lucky buyer.

ALL SOLD
I have a fantastic Low Bicycles Track Pursuit frame with Alpina carbon track fork for sale. The frame was custom built for me by Andrew Low over in San Francisco, he has a huge waiting list, it took 9 months to arrive from placing my order, since receiving it he's told me waiting list is over a year now. So here's a good chance to jump the queue and get a brand spanking new beautiful frame.
The frame is raw (i.e. bare metal) with a gloss finish over the top and has black decals. Its a 57cm (L) with 1 1/8" headset. It is made with oversized Easton 7005 double butted aluminum tubing. Its amazinly light!
I bought the frame with hopes of building up an all black and carbon track machine but I am gradually running out of money having just moved house and my cars just packed up - heyho.
The fork it comes with 30mm rake, an uncut steerer tube and no brake drilling.
Both frame and fork are brand new, nothing has been fitted to it. It really is a work of art!
It's been a while since I've posted so do point out any glaring obvious things I may have missed or rules broken. EDIT here's Low bicycles' website http://lowbicycles.com/Low_Bicycles/home.html
Geometry:

Nope, it's easy if you do it right.
Drink water first to make sure your mouth is all wet then but the teaspoon in, close your mouth completely and squash inbetween your tongue and te roof of your mouth, wait for it to become completely wet before opening your mouth or attempting to swallow.
Also remember to breath through your nose.
Happy cinnamon challenge. This is exactly how its done. You're fucked if you open your mouth.

Dj maybe consider therapy or just live a more interesting life.....
When I first joined LFGSS this came to mind almost immediately. Don't get me wrong you post some very interesting and useful stuff, the recent food thread for example, but still take it easy dude, some things just aren't worth getting worked up about.
