I've had quite a few Manicures and Facials. It's bloody nice.
The first time I had my nails done I couldn't stop looking and kept feeling them for days. Sure some people might find it queer, especially some friends of mine. But all I can say is they're missing out :P
Bagheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeraa! Bagheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeraa!

^ Nice, I might try some red wine next time. Any recommendations of which?
My sauce:
One large onion finely chopped. Simmer in water for 20 minutes which will bring out all the flavour. Combine with Tomatoe PureƩ, Rock Salt, Basil, Chilli Olive Oil, Butter, Finely chopped Garlic and crushed to bring out the juices. Allow to cook slowly for 20-30 minutes on a low/medium heat and stir regularly. Don't boil or it will kill some of the flavour.
Now you have a big pot of sauce, which can be generic.
Last week I made beaten breasts of Chicken, slowly cooked in this sauce with additional Musrhrooms and Peppers which were fried first, then added. This was served with Basmati Rice.
The lady loved it.
+1 to me.

Our first attempt at Pizza in 2009.
We found it quite hard to get the base just right at first.
Second batch came out wonderfully.Think it had, Chorizo, Smoked Sausage, Crisped Ham. Didn't have enough Mozerella so had to top it off with Cheddar, with Oregano, tasted nice.
Second time we attempt this, it'll come out perfect I garuntee. I've gotten somewhat a master at making sauces for various types of foods ;)
Looks really sloppy!

flxh good on ya for your actions.
I would of called the police though just to give them and idea that hoodlums are around that area waiting for their next victim. I would feel guilty if I heard someone else got attacked on that road.
But alas in a situation like that you sometimes don't think about it.
My friend an I cycling near Kingston he was attacked by a car full of weirdo's, one of them wearing a clown outfit... Passed by throwing eggs at him. Although it's only eggs but he could of swerved and went in to a car from the sudden fright. He was adimant to report what happened but I knew that there wasn't any point and wasted 2 hrs combined, finding patroling police and having to file a report at a station. A bit of a shitty outcome because it's so unlikely they'll find them. So situations like that is sometimes pointless unless you're quick enough to memorise the number plate.
As for the assault on kids, the way I see it is if you're attacked by them, I would do all means necessary to protect myself even if I end up braking a few bones. Not completely aware of the law on this so maybe I could get done for that but atleast it'll teach them a lesson. Those injured may be wary next time trying to cause situations again... An attack is an attack, regardless of age. A group of Youths these days will freely do as much harm as one single militant sergeant with pulcating biceps. At the end of the day you have to think about yourself. They could do ANYTHING, so I'm not going to play a game of chance and hope for the best.
That's just my 2cents.

Question, when flipped, does the belt detachable? How will the belt be tight enough for it? Or do you need to carry around with you another size belt?
I know this is an old post, but was wondering about it the other day.
