The 2005 Specialized Tricross Comp for £300 looks good. there is nothing on the bay under £800
Looks like i'll have to stick knobblies on my winter bike and hope the low BB doesn't get me in too much troubleYou'll have to pray for dry weather other wise you'll be carrying the bloody thing the whole way round!

There's a 49cm Tricross frame on the British Cycling classifieds site here, http://new.britishcycling.org.uk/membership/article/bcst-Classified-Adverts
But I'm thinking I'll go with one that takes 650c wheels as the toe overlap on such a small frame will be terrible with 700c wheels. Thinking I'll hit up some of the kids' races and see if there are outgrown ones for sale. :)
Thanks, will give the guy a shout and see. These small frames are sure hard to come by :-( Good idea about trying to get a 2nd hand junior one, will let you know if i come across anything. You racing this season then..?
I am excited!
We could do a ride to Hillingdon on October 3rd if people are up for it... there's a race day on. The 'October Festival of Racing' in fact. It's a decent ride there and back (somewhere between 20 and 25 miles from Dalston) and should be good fun. Plus people could race if they want... you need a BC licence but the organiser is encouraging novice ladies to take part. I'm happy to sort out route and lead if people are up for it.
Hey. Just checking that the womens race at Hillingdon is all Cats..? I thought I saw somewhere that it is only cats 1-3. If I am wrong I am def up for doing it. Hope you had a good ride today, I will try and make it out next Sunday.

ANYTHING. It's for packing small items like forks/seatposts/etc.
If you have I would owe you.
Cheers.SO, when is this early sess starting boys?
I also have some pipe insulation stuff (not sure what real name is) which is great for protecting forks. Will you be at pub later? If so do you want me to bring it down?

Guys. Is there anyone who happens to have some bubble wrap. I'm after a few m's worth if there is any going spare?!
See you later. Shall we decide what time the early session is. I'm free all day, but is 1400 too early?
Do you need it in 1 piece? I bought a load when I took my bike on plane last year so may still have some in the loft but if I do it will be in bits.

Cheers for letting me play last night guys. I know I was a bumbling idiot so thanks for your patience, at least I mastered the art of cycling round in circles and taking people out which I am sure will come in useful. Homework is def learning to track stand.

I am not sure what to do about a bike, should I convert my mountain bike into a polo suitable bike as I can’t seem to find any small frames round and don’t want to spend much money on a new bike just to use for polo, thoughts…? -
