Shiny bar tape, comedy saddle and "seat post" and joke stem/fork assembly need to go. Needs shorter valve extenders too.

although i know that the stem has an effective "steerer" and is clamped at the bottom of the headtube next to the fork crown, what is actually wrong with this? english does this with all his bikes does he not?

TM, do you know of any more? i'l be using compacts with sram hoods and a brake (!) but some integralters would make a sick-ass secondary bar/stem setup.

i'm looking to update my bridgestone track frame into something i can use for much longer distances by changing the fork to a threadless carbon fork and fitting a threadless one inch headset. should i:
a) buy some woundups with a rake that will suit the geometry of the frame (35mm)
b) take advantage of thecranes ridiculously cheap price on some 1inch ec90s and chris king headset? i'm sure the rake will be 40 or 45mm.
