Do you honestly think your bike will not get stolen because you have non matching pedals, because that is in essence what you're saying?
If so, seriously, have a word with yourself.
Nope - I'm saying that there may be slightly less chance of broad daylight, in public theft (the only way some cunt will ever get my bike without physically breaking into my house, as I now have the bike in my bedroom while the wife sleeps in the shed) as the particular choice of pedals would make it fucking difficult to ride off quickly on without the same combination of cleats.

Disclaimer: I have U'd TFS and couldn't find anything specific.
Something just dawned on me ... is there any correlation between the instances of bikes being nicked and type of pedal attached? I'm wondering whether thieves in general tend to shy away from bikes with the smaller clipless pedals.
I presently have Time Atac Aliums on my Fixed roadie (just about flat-pedallable) and Speedplay Frogs (tiny) on my MTB ... I was thinking of swapping one of the pedals on each .... will make both bikes look a bit weird, but means that they'd be a bit tricky to ride away on unless the scrote just happens to have the correct mismatching cleats or is prepared to fit new pedals.
I eagerly await my bike appearing in Non-Porn......

Dibs
I'm sorry, all our Gibbons are currently busy raping other clients. Press 1 if you would instead like to be wanked off by a Kimodo Dragon, or stay connected to be brutally arse-reamed by a gang of stoats on PCP.
Please note. If you are ginger then we will be unable to assist, as it will be impossible for any of our starfish marauders to raise a boner.

RhysPo- is your office window close enough to photograph the thieves if they do start stealing a bike?
As you pointed out the coppers will assign a very low priority to this, but if bikes are taken and you have decent photographs it might help get the bikes back and the thieves arrested as I would expect them to be "known" to the Police?
I kept eyes peeled in between meetings etc but didn't see anything.
The downside for me personally was that, having got agreement to bring my bike inside the office for the day, I then had to answer questions on why it hasn't got gears etc etc
I explained it actually had two, and you change gear by removing the rear wheel and turning it round, but for some reason, my colleagues didn't see the attraction of it.

Just looked out of my office window and spotted a couple of scrotes taking mobile snaps of bikes and locks in Hanover Square.
Sadly haven't got time to hang around for the afternoon to dispense D-Lock justice, but have tipped off the local bill (not expecting anything to happen over that though).
If your bike is currently locked up in W1, then I'd shift it asap.

What is the advantage/reason for having such huge wheels?
From a distance it makes you look like a midget, then as you approach the observer and dismount, it perplexes them that you are in fact normal height, thus giving them a perspective disorientation disorder for the rest of the day.
It actually makes camels fall over.
Same here. Any more of this and I swear I'm going to start killing prostitutes again.
