That's been set up by the nice people there:
http://www.dublinfgss.com/viewforum.php?f=5
Good luck with it. If you need any help, contact the admins at dublinfgss.com.
It would also be better for Belfast people to be moderators of that forum so step up!But I suggest at some point you get your own domain belfastfgss.com and fire up your own forum. Or at least get a redirecter to that forum with the belfastfgss.com URL. It'll roll off the tongue quicker, and look better on stickers and shit like that.
Cheers for arranging that dublinkev. I agree that it would be better to have a domain specific to Belfast, but have resisted the temptation to set one up so far because I didn't think there would be much demand for it.
So rather than placing extra work on the guys that run the dublin forum I have set up a Belfast one. I'm still doubtful as to whether it'll get much use to be honest but it's there now for anyone who wishes to use it...
Enjoy.

Hi all,
I'm looking for a singlespeed bike with around about a 58cm seat tube that has
rear rack fittings
strong well built wheels
drop bars
comfortable saddle would be a bonusIt's for a mate who lives in Manchester so would need to be posted to there.
Budget is round about £300 but could possibly go higher for the right bike.
Please PM me if you have something that might be of interest.
Many thanks

I bought a set from the same guy for £25 not so long ago. I think he realised shortly after that he could be getting more for them and started charging more. They are stamped as Sugino XD on the inside. I haven't used them yet but the cranks themselves seem spot on. The chainring is made of tinfoil and completely useless.
Hope this helps.

Not that expensive at all. once you've shelled out for the equipment you need then chemicals are pretty cheap. I've been developing and scanning B&W and colour negs for about a year now and I'd definitely never consider paying to have film developed in a lab again. Asides from being cheaper it also adds a whole new dimension to photography as you have so much more control over the end result.
Do it!
+1 - I've been developing my own film for about 3 years now & haven't looked back.
Yo Tim, what scanner are you using?
Canoscan 4400f - Flatbed with dedicated film caddy. Extremely good value at £40 - results are decent but obviously not as good as more expensive dedicated models.

Is it alright to leave a crappy old BB in there, or is it important to get the edges that the BB usually covers?
partially installed BB?
With my limited experience i would guess that an old bb would do the job. just be careful when removing it not to peel the paint off the frame. maybe cut the paint first as suggested by* Dutch Cheese above*

I've got one, won't be about until Thursday evening though.
