The 'snaps' are as I said for personal pleasure. The Holga is a creative camera which is a very different (more fun) style of photography than portraiture or stock imagery. Photography for me is both a hobby and separately a source of income occassionally.
I don't intend to have these in my stock library for sale, but since I work in an industry where people might want to use them, I would like to reserve the right to sell them with permission.I wouldn't be so brash as to take photos without permission, especially since we're in the same community and I don't want to offend people, which is why I'm asking.
By law you can take peoples likeness without consent providing you don't reproduce the image for financial gain. -
I've been perusing the various threads and pages in this section for about half an hour now and couldn't find anywhere appropriate to send my request, so apologies if this is in the wrong place.
I'm possibly heading down to watch the polo this Sunday and wanted to take some photos with my 'trendy' Holga camera.
These photos are intended for personal pleasure but I am a (probably semi) professional photographer, so would like to feature them on my website (as yet not launched) (must stop shopping round this forum and get my website running). As such, should anyone wish to purchase my photos, I would like to retain the right to sell them. I would of course approach the people featured in the photo and seek their written consent, perhaps buy them a beer or two, and only then would I allow the photo to be reproduced.
Having said that, I'll probably be hungover and the photos will be shite. So, would anyone object to me coming along and taking a few snaps?

So does anyone know the best place to get printer stickers? Waterproof ones would be handy. Have been looking for a sticker to cover up the old one on my helmet, this should do it.
I think anything that raises awareness is a good thing. The Government clearly have no clue so we should tell them how it really is from the perspective of people who face the dangers on a daily basis.
Happy to help in any way I can. -

Hang on, I'M the cheeky cunt? Or the one selling a FREE T-Shirt for £15?
Livid. Thanks BMMF, it super kind of you to offer me your autograph for financial gain in online auctions, very considerate.
Regrettably is still twice my budget, and for that reason, I'm out.
Should you go on to win the Tour De France, after your triumph at The Emirates, I will clearly regret this decision.

So I asked them why it's so cheap before I bought one.
"Hi I our bags are made in China, the reason they appear cheaper than our competitors is that we are aware that we are not well know for luggage so we have to make sure that they are an attractive price to the customers which means we do have to cut back slightly on fancy straps or multiple padded pockets etc.
Kind regards
Dawes Cycle'and then I bought one. I can confirm they have 'cut back slightly'. It's feels like the proper cheap bag it is. Will let you know how long it lasts if interested.

At least I have the graciousness to say 'semi' professional James.
