Yes beautiful but like you said expensive. They do also organise (or at least used to) short early morning rides during the week in Beijing as well as amazing day rides up into the mountains surrounding Beijing close to the Great Wall on the weekend. I lived in Beijing from 2009-2013 so if you want to ask any questions/advice feel free to DM.

Check out https://www.serk.cc/ in Beijing run by Shannon and his wife Liman they're super friendly and really passionate about cycling. They organise local rides and do some incredible cycling trips. This year they've just started making their own Titanium bikes and frames.

@mespilus Amen. I'm sure he would have appreciated the fact that it was votes from his county that turned the tide in Georgia. I'm sure he would also have a rye smile hearing that Stacey Abrams has been so instrumental in potentially flipping the state after being robbed in the 2018 gubernatorial election. The last time Georgia voted Democrat in a presidential election was 1992.

Not quite as good or as comforting as the INRNG preview but a fine read nonetheless Ciclismo

Ganna on an unreal ride almost 50km/hr into a headwind. Looks like it'll be an Ineos podium as @andyp predicted.

Just when you thought the situation in Italy couldn't get any worse, Inter fans write an open letter to Lukaku and tell him monkey chants were not racist and Italian football does not have a problem.
‘It could have seemed racist to you but it is not like that’. You have
to understand that Italy is not like many other north european
countries where racism is a REAL problem. -
A good question and one I'd say probably yes too. I think Lookman found it hard to press and do the defensive work Silva wants from his wide players. Silva also wasn't too impressed with Lookman's attitude after he wasn't given a permanent move at the end of his loan. It was a shame as most fans wanted Lookman to succeed and get more starts . Walcott has been on the decline for a while and was very poor at the end of last season. No Europa League this year so it's all in to try an crack the top six. We have a relatively easy start to the season so hopefully we can build some confidence and rack up the points. Iwobi, Richarlison, Bernard and Walcott are vying for the two wide forward places. Calvert Lewin and Kean for striker but Iwobi, Glyfi and Bernard can all play as number 10. It should mean a fluid front three/four and more options going forward and hopefully more goals.
-
Overall I'm happy I think we are short a central defender but with Gibson performing well in pre-season and Holgate staying at the club we might be ok. I think Brands just decided there wasn't much value in the market. It'll be a huge season for both Mina and Keane and I hope they are up to the challenge and can stay fit. I'm hugely excited about Moise Kean and our front three should be great to watch this season.

The price for Iwobi is possibly a little inflated but not a crazy price for a young international player with Premier and Champions league experience with lots more potential to improve. His stats are excellent he ranked 8th for creating chances from open play and 7th in XA or expected assists per 90 minutes. He's got plenty of room for development can play anywhere across the front three or just behind and with Silva having a good record of improving and working with young players I think will only get better and will get game time.

He went back to the medical car and had a bandage applied to his knee. He was in pain and struggling. He then stopped after the team car came up and then proceeded to peel the bandage and see if that improved things. It didn't. He then tried to carry on, but alone, as his team mates all knew he had a problem and knew he wouldn't or couldn't finish. Eventually Bonnet came alongside him had a chat there were tears, an awkward man hug and that was that. Pinot out the tour. Heartbreaking stuff.

A couple of excellent podcasts on the shit show that is Brexit. First an interesting interview with Sir Ivan Rogers, the former Ambassador to the EU, from the excellent Today in Focus podcast by the Guardian. He points out the strategic errors made by May and talks about how the challenges of negotiating with EUhttps://www.theguardian.com/news/audio/2019/mar/28/cherry-picking-cake-and-fudge-how-the-eu-set-the-terms-of-brexit
The second a longer and more diverse approach as the BBC World Service asks political, cultural and business leaders from several countries (Germany, Nigeria, Canada, Egypt and India) how they view Britain. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w27vq3fv As a UK citizen living abroad, this series really resonated.
