The difference Silva has made already is huge. Under Allardyce we would have lost that game by several goals. Even with 10 men it looked comfortable and the team had a very good defensive shape. With Mina and Zouma to come into the squad when fit, Everton should have some pace at the back soon. It was great to see Richarlison get off the mark, his second was quality. If he carries on like that for the rest of the season and keeps improving there won't be too many people questioning the fee. If he stays fit he's capable of reaching double figures in goals and assists come the end of the season. Everton finally have someone who can create and score goals with some pace in the forward line. I'm really looking forward to seeing how Bernard and Richarlison play together when the former is fit. Watford were solid but they played too conservatively and really didn't take the game to Everton. Both teams have players to improve their teams so it'll be interesting to see where they end up at the end of the season. It was a tricky first game away at Wolves but the team played very well. Looking forward to what should be a good first season under Silva. It feels like the beginning of something.

Lookman apparently forced the move and to be honest I don't blame him. There's been almost no consequences to playing badly for Everton since Allardyce took charge. Fans have been frustrated that he hasn't been given a chance and after he did quite well in the FA Cup derby he wasn't even in the next squad. I think he's given up and decided to try and prove himself at RB Leipzig. I wish him all the luck and hope he comes back a better player and reaps the benefits of living and playing abroad. He's a great talent.

I'd be flabbergasted if he didn't improve as a player. I imagine he'll be given specific instructions on what is expected of him as a player and if he doesn't perform they'll be consequences both from his team mates and his coach.
Everton were woeful and played off the park on the weekend and fortunate to only concede two goals. It was definitely a game too far but injuries and some questionable tactical and personnel choices didn't help. -

Lovely guy. I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Tour of Beijing a few years ago. https://www.instagram.com/p/fedD5ZpCO8/

Don't forget Sandro Ramirez a 21 year old striker/forward from Malaga who scored 16 goals in 31 games in Spain and went through the Barca academy. A snip at £5.2 million if Everton just paid the release clause amount.

You can see why McGregor wanted the fight as I think his biggest payday so far has been $15 million on the Diaz rematch. It's a ridiculous fight but people will watch it, it'll be a spectacle that's for sure. McGregor is going to go all out with the mind games in the build up to the fight. He really doesn't have a chance but I'd love to see him KO Mayweather.
