picked this up yesterday, the frame is in pretty much mint condition. I'm going to swap out the cranks and tires and thats probably it. Not much of a project granted.

also is the rear hub the same as the new ones e.g. can i whack a block and derralier on there or is it a threaded freewheel jobby. and finally what is the front brake (mech or Hydraulic and what make/model)

i used red loctite before but that was to hold a partially stripped lockring thread, it held but i slapped on both brakes as there was a constant fear of the cog spinning off. It held but it wasnt ideal/safe

is there no way you would post this?

Apart from some surface rust but im going to put off a respray for a few months.

brakes were purchased from here, they are not the nicest to look at but are dual pivot and work really well. plus they are pretty cheap.
