This Saturday:

Ride up to Kidds Hill and back. Maximum of 100km, bit of climbing, stop off at Ardingly Reservoir on the way back.
Should go ahead as long as the weather isn't too bad.

Mine did the exact same thing. I was bombing down a hill at the time and it got jammed in my rear wheel, locking it up causing my tyre to have a really bad wear spot and a massive burn hole in the bag.
Suffice to say I wasn't very happy. Wiggle refunded me the cash straight away and Fizik are sending me some stuff to say sorry for what could have been a very dangerous situation.

Hey everyone,
I'm helping out with some ride organisation for the Brighton chapter of Tokyo Morvelo CC.
The first ride is going to be a 40km social ride on Sunday 18th of August ending at Small Batch in Hove where we can discuss what people want to get out of the club.
If any of you want to come along, member or not, then get involved here:
https://www.facebook.com/events/1380175255543220/
Hopefully we can generate some interest in both fixed and geared rides, social events and general bike tomfoolery.

Yeah, the stem was an experiment from the Red Bike which then grew a longer stem. It's a 90mm stem IIRC, and I normally have a 110mm. It'll do for now in keeping the handlebars off the floor.
Clicked on that link expecting to see some sort of pornworthy bike with SRAM Red on it. Oh dear.

Hey I'm selling my old trusty mac and venturing into waters unknown with a new retina machine.
This is the early 2008 15" MacBook Pro with anti-glare display.
2.5 intel core 2 duo, 500Gb HD, 4GB Ram.
Overall general condition is great for the age, some slight scratches to the casing but I've looked after it very well. I know everyone says this but you will find it hard to get another one like this in the same condition.
Good things:
It has had a new logic board from Apple about 6 months ago (there was a common problem with the graphics card). This repair costs about £425.
I also had the battery replaced about a month ago as well, this has only had 38 cycle counts. Thats another £100 you won't need to spend.
I upgraded the ram to 4GB and also fitted a 500GB WD Scorpio Black HD which is 7200rpm and has a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
The machine will come with a fresh install of 10.8 Mountain Lion along with iLife 11 and the latest version of iWork.
The not so good things:
The optical drive can be a bit noisy when loading and playing discs. I took it apart last year and gave it a good clean but it didn't make much difference. I never really use it so wasn't bothered but it might put you off if all you do is plan to use it as a DVD player.
It is fully boxed and comes with the power adaptor and cable. I might even be able to throw in another spare lead if I can find one lying around.
I would like £450 for it. I live in Brighton but quite happy to arrange collection in London.
I haven't yet ordered my replacement machine so this will be available as soon as that turns up and I've transferred the data across.

I'm looking for some 3T Ergonovas, size 42 or 44. Would love the carbon ones but I think my budget can really only stretch to the alloy ones.
Also I will join the long list of people wanting a black Fizik Arione. Once again not looking to spend a lot of cash, looking for another saddle to see how it fits.
Send me a PM, not looking to trade anything.
FRAME OLNY
Frame is 55/56 ish - I'm 5'11 and it's a little too small for me - painted at armourtex, it looks nice in the photo but it has a slight bulge in the down tube / headtube junction - had it all checked out and it's still aligned and ok to ride. Columbus cromor tubing, it's missing most of its braze ons, was quite a decent italian frame before I got my hands on it
