Next in line is Last and First Men by Olaf Stapledon. Sci-fi mentalism. Star Maker, his other book, is so vast in scope that it blew my mind.
First and Last Men... be prepared for heavy repetition. It starts off shit, then gets better and better, then you start to realise that the same situation is repeating itself again and again. You may love it! I tried my hardest to get through it but in the end it bored me to tears and I put it back onto the shelf for another day. Haven't read Star Maker yet, heard a lot of good things about it but I'm really skeptical about buying it because of the outcome of FALM.

I loved H G Wells' Time Machine, especially the alternative final chapter, but I'd be lying if I said this wasn't a worthy if not slightly better offering to the idea.

my dad got us a betamax when i was a kid, eventually it stopped working though but it still sat there for about another 10 years, despite its massive size, cos it had a huge digital clock, so we could all tell the time. now sadly it has gone, there is an analogue clock on the fire place but the face is so small you can't read the hands but doesn't really matter cos it always tells the wrong time anyway.
What a delightful little tale Sir.

Im thinking of having a completely black sleeve. Its quite a big step. I have been thinking about it for years but have yet pluck up the courage.
I've got from my shoulder down to my forearm done so far and part of the forearm near the wrist. I'm going from my collarbone to my hand so a little bit more and I'll have a fully black left arm. It's time consuming and will probably need a few layers if you don't get it all the sessions near eachother. Bear in mind too, some artists find it boring (even though they probably wont say that) and I've experienced shit service from two tattooists who charged me the same 60 quid an hour for less and less work each time. Now I get it done by a friend who tattoos and is good with the large mags and black.
After my arms finished I'm going to start on my right leg (more heavy blackwork), ankle up to knee in a honeycomb pattern. Should be good :)

TWISTER ftw for me.
Or cheap choc ices. Cheaper the better IMO.
Twister - Yes
Used to lick the vanilla swirl from the lolly first. Every time.
Choc Ice - No
The choc ice melts about 10 seconds after coming out of the fridge, when it melts the chocolate collapses inwards and the paper sheath gets soggy and hand gets sticky. Waste of time, if somebody offers me a choc ice now, I just punch them in the face.

Is it me hi-jacking your youtube fav thread or is it you guys hi jacking my product enquiry thread? Don't think I'm giving up though.
MMA rash vests? Worth the extra money? £35...
Definately worth the extra, surf rash vests are cheaper but tend to keep in sweat to help heat the body in water, mma ones repel the sweat which is super helpful. I also find that when I don't wear one I get a lot of 'lovebite' looking bruises (burst blood vessel type) to my collarbone and chest from the gi lapel being pulled and rubbed on me a lot and the rash guard stops that.
I'm ordering this one when I get paid next: http://www.mmauniverse.com/products/SS576
A little bit more expensive than others I've seen but I have Koral gi's so I'm sticking with them ;-)
Did you overexpose slightly for the cow pictures? They are really nice, very similar to the creamy tones from Portra 160 when it's overexposed a smidge.
(Sweet camera choice btw!)
