Has anybody ever used a service like Habito Plus? We're about to go through the process of buying somewhere for the first time and are completely clueless so the idea of somebody else orchestrating the moving parts is pretty appealing.
My assumption is that it will end up being more expensive than organising everything separately, but might be less hassle.

I cross threaded a cassette lock ring when I was fitting a new cassette last night. I managed to get it off then reseated it square. It seems like it's tightening down OK now.
I'm assuming that this will probably be OK but I should probably replace the freehub body the next time I need to replace the cassette.
Am I wrong? Will I immediately crash and injure myself if I ride it?

I have one of these these in black I would part with for £30, including all original packaging/cable. Doesn't look anything like as ridiculous as the one above! Does idle alerts, apparently, though I never used those.
Your band tracks both your active and idle time, providing a complete view of your daily movement. The Idle Alert feature was designed to keep you active during the workweek—Monday through Friday—by sending a gentle vibration to your tracker whenever you’re idle for the period of time you specify.

The bearings in my Rear hub started offering a frankly terrifying range of sounds/lateral movement on my ride today, so I presume I'll have to replace the bearings.
There seems to be a lot of information about replacing other variants ( a[1], b[2], c[3] ) but nothing about the Mono.
Is it basically the same? Is it completely different and so intensely difficult that it isn't advised? Any ideas a shop should charge for this?
Lots of questions.[1][https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fdgUvv76H28] [2][https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZBvxt967c0] [3][https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWdsthsTOw8]

We've been idly looking for flats to buy over the last 6 months or so but without any sense or urgency. Mainly just looking at rightmove to see if anything stands out.
This week we went to see a place for the first time and...really liked it. Is it insane to put an offer in on the first place you actually go and visit?
I'm a little bit worried that we could miss out on this place and then spend the next 6 months going to see places, then realise the first place we saw was perfect!
