How are the people getting the vaccines, the UK is well ahead of most countries and we haven't got to healthy under 50's yet. The report says "13 patients, all between ages 20 and 50 and previously healthy", which doesn't seem right. Edit, could be medical staff I guess

How is it a backward step? They are clear that they are open to anyone joining them.
