no i didnt get a new chain, i just assumed i could bodge it to fit. its not a single speed frame, its a vertical drop out

ive got a raleigh vitesse and no idea where to start with the cog settings. is the number of teeth on the cog specific to size of the frame? ive bought a cog a while ago but the chain keeps missing teeth on the cogs.

any ideas

ive just got a bike on the c2ws, its been a bit long winded but very good over all experience-wise. when my employer eventually got into the scheme which took about 12 months, we had a limit of £1,500 for bike and accessories and it comes out of my wages each month before tax, plus the 30 - 40% initially off the stuff. i spent about £600 and it comes out at £50 a month

Hi im massively new, and looking for vertical drop out, raleigh vitesse style advice to get my fixie on. at the moment its just bodged with zero style and with so many variant want to get a fixie and free wheel set going but need to pointers on components.
