The LHBPA is thrilled to be able to auction several items from the wonderful people at Chunk Clothing.
The LHBPA is a non-profit association formed in 2009 to encourage, develop and support hardcourt bike polo throughout London. Hopefully you will have seen the results of our work at events like the London Open, Hell's Belles or the London International Invitational. We also do a lot of work you probably won't have seen, such as working with schools to bring hardcourt bike polo to children around London.
All items are from Chunk Clothing's SS13 bike polo collection. Chunk have been actively supporting London bike polo since 2009. Their enthusiasm for the sport is incredible and they are undoubtedly some of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to the history of bike polo.
The LHBPA will be giving 10% of the proceeds from these auctions to LFGSS. The remainder will be going towards our work in 2013 (most likely the 2013 London Open).
Please bid in this thread, stating which item you are bidding on and how much. If you wish to bid privately, please PM me and I will update the thread with the highest current bid. Bidding will end at 8pm Sunday 17th March.
All clothing is a size medium. Opening prices are listed below each photo. Probably also worth noting that David ok'd the auction. Any questions, just let me know!

Fisted by Crack Badgers Vs Killer Bees
Newington
9/3/13
Final Score: 17 - 6Much closer game than the scoreline suggests. Both teams struggled to click into their regular game, with the court defying them to attempt any sort of smooth passing game. First half was characterised by goals scored on the break and big shots presenting plenty of turnovers and opportunity to counter. Neither team was willing to commit high up the court and it developed into a cagey affair.
The second half began in the same way until a quick 3 goals from Badgers put the Bees on the ropes. It took ten minutes for Bees to get their heads up again but by that point the game seemed beyond them.
I made a sweet clock to show how important that 10 minute period was:

Complete Peugeot Premiere from 1989, 60cm square c-t-c. Was my dad's and has been sat in the shed for 20 odd years after only being ridden a handful of times. Good condition on the whole (still has the little paper serial number) but there is some minor pitting which is at its worst on the top-tube:
£100, open to offers. Collect from Hammersmith or Camden.

Also Pique, just going off that post and your one a couple of weeks ago about the LHBPA and the lights at Downs, it appears you think the LHBPA are not serving London polo in an appropriate fashion? All I can really say is that we're very, very short of people that follow through on things and Jess and I are doing our best to keep things ticking over but it's tough for us to make progress on top of that.

How is the lhbpa getting on with a London polo court? I only ever hear of school things and tv programs.
Most external communication received by the LHBPA is about school projects or media stuff so that's why you hear about them. We don't really get approached by people saying "Can we build you a bike polo court?"
