Channel 4's John Snow summarises the tragedy
Israel has proved one bitter truth. There is no such thing as a forensic or even a surgical attack. In this densely packed slither of land, fenced off from the rest of the world, it has proved impossible to ‘kill a militant’, without taking out a child, twenty children..
That to me is an Israeli government decision/policy. Meaning as a policy they accept, and so should take responsibility for, murdering children.

MB&F and Urwerk are exactly what I'd get if I could. They are a league apart. I've had the chance to look at nearly all of their watches including that Urwerk 'pocket' watch. Its lovely and amazing, and not one for the weight weenies. The Urwerk Maltese or MB&F HM3 sidewinder are a little more wearable.

I've moved to the other side of Mordor. Unlikely to be round those parts anymore... and certainly not at that ungodly hour!
Either M8! or Upstart on Abbotsbury Road in morden this morning about 6.55am.
I was the hooded thug type person crossing the ped crossing by lidl as you rode across the road towards the high street, didn't DAS as was bit early to be shouting in the streets.

Anyone going to SalonQP this week? I'm going on Friday.
Spank me I turn my back for 5 minutes and we go from talking about IWC and Junghans , to Timex and fake Omegas !
SalonQP was fun last Friday.
Had a good chat with Giles Ellis, founder of Schofield watches, and had a play with their new Blacklamp watch. Interesting custom carbon fibre case, although I still prefer the Signalman DLC.Other highlights include:
- A nice 10 min chat with Max Busser of MB&F. Really approachable.
- Getting hands on with a bunch of cool watches (MB&F LM2, HYT H2, Urwerk UR-110, JLC, Bremont, B&R, and Nomos)
- A nice 10 min chat with Max Busser of MB&F. Really approachable.

I'm yet to hear/read any kind of moral or ethical argument that in any way justifies the appallingly high civilian and children death count in Gaza. Any time the question is raised, the argument immediately gets deflected into rockets, security, borders, '67, militants, human shields, tunnels, anti-semite, no you're a cunt, blah... All bullshit and deflection as far as I'm concerned. FFS!
At what point/percentage/count will Israelis themselves (let alone the international community) say it is too high? 80% civilian? It has passed that. I truly despair.
