when i shake it a lot the hands turn for a minute or so...then it dies again.
does anyone know if there is a simple fix. or if its fixable at all?
I'm probably stating the obvious, but it sounds like the mainspring has fully unwound, so shaking it won't wind it very much. Pull out the crown to the first position and give it 10 turns clockwise (better check google for your model). Assuming it has an automatic movement, manually winding the spring should give it enough juice to keep going again by itself when on your wrist.

Not me but I always thought I was the only
gay in the villageforumite in Morden. Wonder who it is?No! I always thought I was the only forumite in
Wimbledon BordersMorden. Usually heading north around 9am. My route back brings me through Merton Park around 7:30pm. I'm on a blue Plug. Say hi if you see me. -
A forumeanger came to Evans today (Charge Plug with Nitto pursuit bullhorn wrapped in honey brooks) and respectfully needed to pick up new Grand Prix 4 season tyres in 25c, which one of you is it?
That'll be me! Haven't really followed (lurked) lfgss for a couple of years now, but instantly recognised you on Sunday when I picked up a fresh brake cable too.
Thanks for the help Ed. Will be popping in again for the front tyre soon.
