that was my thinking, worst come to worse and its not right i can clean it and put it on the bay or similer and make money from it
the frame is my size so i'll give it a ride, the duel 5 speed / single speed thing it has going on means i'll only need one bike (as if you only ever need one bike!)
If you do find that it isnt quite right for you or something i'd love the frame and forks :) PM me if you're thinking of selling it.
Cheers, George -
@spagettihoops: if the OP and highboy dont want them, i'll have them

My 3Rensho is super tight with no toe overlap so what you want does exist.
How much you looking to spend?
Unless its in awful condition, i probably wont beable to afford it, looking to spend about £200, possible a little more if something comes up, how much do you want for it? can i see some pics?
Soma Rush 55cm powdercoated white, no bends, dents, never crashed.. there is toe overlap but its never caught me out (170's) £150.
Cheers but looking for something a little older

Stronglight JP400, uses the much more appropriate Shimano BB tool, £12 with steel cups http://www.spacycles.co.uk/products.php?plid=m2b2s110p141 or £16 with Aluminium cups http://www.spacycles.co.uk/products.php?plid=m2b2s110p140
Alright cool i think i'll get the steel one, thanks a lot!

Yesterday my new frame arrived:
http://i1009.photobucket.com/albums/af216/georgemeadows/DSCF8016.jpg
Its a 1987 Columbus slx Romet track.
However, when i was putting a bb in, because i was using slightly the wrong tool, the grooves where the tool engages were worn down mid way through insertion, so how do i remove the cup? (i've since got the right tool-which doesnt engage in that cup now)Left (normal) cup:

Right (worn) cup:

Thanks! any help appreciated,
