Do you have a rough ballpark figure of what you'd like to get for the cranks (and i am assuming there are two arms) and the chaining. I do happen to have an Olmo track frame with campi bottom bracket and trust that they'd be compatible.

Well now, is this what it's come to, ganging up on a poor French fellow with, shall we say, "avant garde" taste? I thought we should be a we bit more broad-minded than that. I have seen my share of "British" sale items which I wish I hadn't, but then to each his own as long as he enjoys riding.
