also... on my 1st time out on them i stacked it pretty good just outside the gates of Finsbury Park, just totally forgot i was clipped in - nothing to grap onto, nowhere to go except straight to the floor.
pretty sure some of you guys on here must have seen this - last saturday about 8.00am ish, there were LOADS of people around on bikes - i was the fella on a Charge laying on the floor!

hi, brand new to the forums, pretty much just joined up because of my stack on the way to work this morning and just want to get the embarrasment off my chest and out so i can move on!
i only went clipless for the 1st time last week, and today was my 3rd proper time out on them - so, i clipped both in, rolled of gently but then came to a stop to join the road, in which time i had somehow forgotten i was clipped in, and just toppled over in that way you do when you know there is nothing you can do about it - the worst thing is this happened 30 seconds after leaving my front door on my driveway - on a busy road right next to a bus stop... at least if its somewhere else you can hope you will never see anyone again that clearly saw you collapse in a heap, but when they watch you do it in your front garden! oh dear... lesson "hopefully" learned....
